My Story

I'm Tomeka Allen, executive consultant and visionary creator at All'En Consulting Group. Specializing in relationship development and trauma informed wellness. I earned my certification from Tony Gaskins Academy on March 22, 2019. For over 19 years, I’ve been happily married to my wonderful husband, and I am the proud mother of three remarkable young ladies and grandmother to three adorable grandkids.

Before life coaching, I spent 24 years as a cosmetologist and 9 years as a Cosmetology educator—my gift in life. However, life coaching is my true calling, and it’s my passion (which, by the way, began behind the chair!).
My goal is to create a "safe space" for each client, offering them relief as they grant themselves permission to release the issues at hand. I am committed to reaching as many individuals as possible, equipping them with the tools and strategies needed to navigate their lives more positively and logically. Nothing is impossible!

Life coaching is a passion of mine, and I’m committed to helping others by sharing my story for your growth and glory. The struggles I’ve endured over time, along with the hand I was dealt in life, led me down this transformative journey. It allowed me to remove the many masks I wore and become as transparent as possible. I, too, was once a broken, lost soul.

There was a time when I didn’t believe in talking to a life coach. My husband and I went through a rough patch during the first five years of our marriage, and things got so bad that I decided to seek help from a life coach. After just three sessions, I thought, “If God brought my husband and I through this, I know He can bring anyone through it.”
Soon after, I began reading and researching, realizing that everything I’d been through had been part of God’s plan, preparing me for this very moment. That’s how my life coaching journey began!
